Who is Vertice?

Vertice is a registered travel agent within the UK, we are fully independent, bonded by the PTS (Protected Trust Services) under registration number 5777

With over 50 years’ combined experience we know how to make everything pre-departure seem effortless; we work with a select number of suppliers who we have the confidence in to provide you with the holiday you deserve. We don’t claim to have the most product available, however what we do know is that the product we offer we are confident is something we ourselves would want to stay in.

Who are PTS our bonding agent?

PTS Protected Trust Services is an association developed to help travel businesses protect clients’ money. The trust account where all clients money is held prior to being paid to the relevant Tour operator/principle and insurance solution ensures that we are fully Package Travel Regulations compliant. Any holidays we sell with flights always come with the security of an ATOL holder.

Package Holidays (ATOL holiday) or not?

Some of the holidays we offer are full package holidays including flights, any holidays offering flights must hold an ATOL license. This is to protect clients in the event of the ATOL holder failure. For holidays where flights are not included, because we are members of the PTS your money is protected also, this will be through the PTS insurance. So, you don’t need to worry whatever you are booking through Vertice your money is protected.
