Just a five-minute stroll from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, Residence La Rivière is perfectly placed for making the most of Chamonix. After a day on the slopes, you can unwind with a game of pool or table tennis, or head back to the comfort of your own studio apartment to relax.

Set in the Chamonix Sud area, the residence enjoys a highly convenient location. The lively main promenade, lined with boutique shops, restaurants and local entertainment, is close by, while the ski bus stop is positioned directly outside for easy access to the slopes.

Accommodation is in the Rivière building, recognisable by its traditional wooden exterior, and consists of well-appointed studio apartments. Recently refurbished, each studio features modern interiors with stylish wooden furnishings, comfortable seating and a handy kitchenette for preparing meals at any time of day. Sleeping up to four people, these studios are ideal for families or small groups who want their own space while soaking up the alpine atmosphere.

All apartments have a kitchenette with hot plates, fridge, combi microwave oven, dishwasher and electric coffee machine, as well as free WiFi. Bed linen, towels, soap, cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) are included. Beds are made up on arrival.

When you arrive, you’ll need to provide a credit card to be scanned. A €1 payment will be taken to secure this card, so that any additional costs (such as damage or cleaning charges) may be deducted at the end of your stay. If you can only pay by cash, you’ll need to pay a cash deposit of approx. €200 for each apartment on your booking.

Studio (25m²) – sleeps 1-4: Living area with double sofa bed, alcove with bunk beds, private shower and WC.

Baby kits are available at an extra cost per week, payable locally, including a travel cot with fitted sheet, highchair, changing mat and pushchair.
