Located in the heart of Samoëns village in Haute-Savoie, Residence Les Chalets de Layssia is conveniently situated near the Grand Massif Express, providing access to the beautiful ski area of the Grand Massif and the ski resorts of Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns, and Sixt Fer à Cheval.

Built in the modern Alpine mountain style using local wood and stone, Residence Les Chalets de Layssia apartments are comfortable and fully equipped with spacious living rooms, quality furnishings, and balconies or terraces, ranging from 2-room configurations for 4 guests to expansive 5-room layouts for 10, designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Guests have free access to the Spa Ô des Cimes, along with an indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and a cardio room. Massage services are also available at an additional charge.

• 2-Room Apartments for 4 People (37 – 40 m²):
  • Living Room: Convertible sofa bed, satellite TV, telephone, balcony.
  • Bedroom: One room with either two single beds or a double bed.
  • Kitchen: Equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, multifunction oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, and steamer.
  • Bathroom: Heated towel rail, hairdryer, toilet.
• 3-Room Apartments for 6 People (50 – 65 m²):
  • Living Room: Convertible sofa bed, satellite TV, telephone, balcony.
  • Bedrooms: One room with a double bed and one room with two single beds.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom: Similar to the 2-room apartments.
• 3-Room Duplex Apartments for 6 People (50 – 65 m²):
  • Similar to the 3-room apartments, with a duplex layout.
• 4-Room Apartments for 8 People (70 – 87 m²):
  • Living Room: Two convertible sofa beds, satellite TV, telephone, balcony.
  • Bedrooms: One room with a king-size bed and two rooms with two single beds each.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom: Fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with bath, heated towel rail, hairdryer, a shower room with heated towel rail, and a toilet room.
• 4-Room Cabin Apartments for 8 People (65 – 70 m²):
  • Similar to the 4-room apartments, with an additional cabin room featuring bunk beds suitable for children.
• 5-Room Duplex Apartments for 10 People (90 – 95 m²):
  • Living Room: Two convertible sofa beds, satellite TV, telephone, balcony.
  • Bedrooms: Two rooms with double beds and two rooms with two single beds each.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom: Similar to the 4-room apartments.
• 5-Room Cabin Apartments for 10 People (85 – 90 m²):
