Hotel Austria is located in the centre of Obergurgl just 2 minutes from the nearest piste.

Hotel Austria is full with authentic Austrian charm, and the food and service are first class, the Austria is considered one of the best hotels in Obergurgl. The lounge and bar is a wonderful space to relax and unwind. The hotel also has it’s own in-house kids club. The wellness centre complete with indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, steam room and relaxation room is the perfect place to ease any aching muscles. The bedrooms are spacious and all with private facilities.

Small twin room (Residenz annexe) – sleeps 2: Austrian twin beds, private shower and WC.

Twin room (main building) – sleeps 2-4 (max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 13 years): Austrian twin beds, extra double sofa bed when booked for three or four, private bath or shower and WC.

1 bedroom apartment (Residenz annexe) – sleeps 2-4: Austrian twins, separate lounge area with double sofa bed, private bath and WC.

Single room (Residenz annexe) – sleeps 1: Single bed, private shower and WC.

Residenz annexe
Small rooms, single rooms and type C apartments are all located in the Residenz annexe. The Residenz building is across the road and is also connected by underground passage to the Hotel Austria.

Austrian twin beds: One large bed frame containing two single mattresses, each with their own bedding.
