Pension Enzian is a charming, no-fuss guesthouse that’s friendly and full of local character. Run by locals from Niederau, you’ll always find someone around to recommend the best lunch stops or where to head after a fresh snowfall.

Its location is hard to beat – step outside and you’re just metres from the nearest lift, with the ski school meeting point also close by. And when it’s time to explore, the village centre is an easy 2-minute walk, perfect for a low-key evening out.

After a day on the slopes, settle in for hearty Austrian meals – think warming soups, slow-cooked stews and deliciously crisp pastries to end the day.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are light and simply styled with solid pine furniture. Every room comes with a balcony, offering lovely views over the snowy landscape.

All rooms have a cable TV, radio, hairdryer and safe.
